ANXIETY:
There are different levels of anxiety. Some anxiety is good to experience. A certain level of 'signal' anxiety is good before a performance or before having any challenging act or event. This brings your baseline functioning up to an higher level so that you can succeed at your endeavor. Some people have anxiety that they are barely or not even aware of while for others it can be so strong that they are afraid to leave home. All anxiety is treatable and there are many ways to calm anxiety.

Symptoms of anxiety can be panic attacks which are feelings of intense fear and chest discomfort or pain like an heart attack. Some people feel that they are going to die. Their face becomes flushed and they sweat; they don't know what to do with themselves. Feinting can also be an extreme symptom of anxiety. And less extreme symptoms would be a constant feeling of discomfort and fear combined, as if there's never enough time, and something dreadful is about to happen just around the corner.

Anxiety can be connected to sugar imbalance in the body. Excessive activity in the mind can trigger anxiety or, another way to put it is a lack of grounding. Anxiety can be a symptom of post-traumatic stress. It is an overactive nervous system. It is usually some subconscious issue as in a fear you are not dealing with or anger etc. What are you afraid to feel? We need to learn together what it is you are not facing and together we will face it. There is no reason to live with anxiety. You must experience yourself totally and also where feelings manifest in the body. It is your fear of feeling something.

If you are suppressing something, there is a psychological defense mechanism which is holding this quality, (such as fear or anger), at bay. Anxiety is the tension or vibration of the conflict between that which wants to come out and express itself and that which is holding it down. There are methods to release that which is within. in a safe and health promoting way.

Being 'strong' for a long time about something that's happening and is difficult, can generate anxiety.

Again, anxiety is a red flag which is asking you to calm down and to center yourself. Finding your inner bliss and peace is the gift which anxiety is begging you to accept. Let me guide you to this place within you which is the antidote for anxiety and which is yours and has always been yours to use anytime for as much and as long as you want. You simply have to take some small steps to receive it. Take me along as your guide in your quest for your own inner anti-anxiety agent.
